Question

User can't login to a website

I have a user who is trying to login to a website and when she enters login and password that has been reset and supplied to her it returns acts as if she has not entered credentials and puts a response back saying it needs a login and password.  I have added the site to accepted secure sites.  I have also disbaled phishing and pop up blockers.  I also enabled cookies and lowered the security settings.

You should disable all the add-ons too...

Have you actully tested to see if the credentials are correct? You have not stated if you are able to login. If you not chck with he ebsite host and ask them to correct it, or if you have access, reset the password.  Other wise, she can in the mean time use firefox to eliminate browsers. Good luck.

The site's page was updated and the old page was not deleted.  My user was still trying to login via the old link.

The solution was actually not a problem on our side however the site owners problem.
