Clicking Link Launches link in ALL Open IE Windows

This typically seems to happen only once in the morning for the first link click of the day after unlocking the machine - not a reboot.

When a regular, proper email link is clicked, every single IE8 window that is open restores to position and loads the page regardless of where the link came from and no, these are NOT spam or other nefarious links. :-)


Any ideas?
