1. Clear IE cache. Tools--> internet options and delete all cache and all cookies.
2. Clear the system temp folder. In the run box type %temp% and delete everything in there. Ensure all applications are closed first. Some files may not delete, just as many as you can.
3. Reset IE settings to default. Tools--Internet options-->Advanced tab and reset all settings to default with the reset button.
4. Close then open IE and try again, test throughly.
5. If still not working. Set option in IE to clear its cache when it closes. Go to Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced tab and under security section tick "Empty temporary internet files...."
6. Close then open IE and try again, test throughly.
7. If still not working, set the option for IE to check for newer versions of the page as Always. Go to tools-->internet options--> general tab and under temporary internet files/browsing history click the "settings" button and set "Everytime I visit the web page".
