I have a problem with users accessing a secure website to process credit card payments. Some appear to be able to do so ok and others, once they click the "submit" button to begin transaction processing get the above mentioned error "Object doesn't support this property or method:" It then goes on to list the url and the .asp page involved.
However, I have found that by logging a new user into the machine and as such creating a new profile for that user that the subsequent transaction processing works fine.
I'm guessing then that the problem is profile related and I need to do something with the old user profiles on the machines? I have cleaned out all of the temporary internet folders and temp folder and updated the java scripting to the latest version all to no avail? However, as I said, the problem doesn't affect any user new to the machine. Any ideas?
