Hi!
I've noticed that when I download from any browser (Opera, IE8, FF, Chrome) the download speed of files is very low, in average about 50-60 kb/s while when I use a download manager the speed rises to 600-700 Kb/s. It wasn't like that before. Is there a way to check the reason? Can provider be blocking the download speed via http?
I have an ADSL 7.2 and I'm sure it was much faster before even when downloading via browsers.
