I'm using this to grab web page content on a windows system:
lynx.exe -nolist -dump www.domainname.com > file.htm
But this also looses the hyperlink how can I preserve the hyperlink.

Do you need the hyperlinks for any specific reason?
with the option -nolist I dont think you can get the links.
you can use "-image_links" instead of "-nolist" to get the links as references.
