your urgent help is needed on Smartphone.
We are using HTC P4350 Smartphone with Windows mobile 5 on it. Active sync reaches the point of "updating Folders", then "Looking for changes" and then immediately stops returning Support Code: 0x800703FA.
Restarted Device - won't help. User's account seems to be ok. I am on the same exchange server (2003), having the same model of Active Sync (but Win Mobile 6) and it works for me.
I have decresed sync range from 1 month down to 3 days - the same issue.
UPDATE: I have excluded Calendar from sync list and it worked. So there is something to do with user Calendar.
P.S. We do Sync via GPRS.
