some websites do not display correctly in either Firefox or IE 7 now?

I have a Client running a XP sp2 laptop, using Firefox mostly, and they have www.startribune.com as a homepage.  mid week last week it started displaying very strange, all pushed to the Left of the screen and some of the page seems to bee replaced with small black diamonds....

at this point they tried it using IE7, same result. that is when I cam into the pic.  I asked if anything has been installed - "NO"  looked to see if anything looks like it was installed - nothing.  I tried clearing cookies, and doing a  -   ipconfig /flushDNS.  we use a Sonicwall firewall with with gateway AV and we use Norton corp at the desktop.

Dont know where to go from here?  I have not found any other sites that do this from this computer yet.  and I have about 30 computers on site and none of them have issues with this site.
