  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Firefox Crashes after Update to 3.5.4

Hello!
I tried to install Mozilla Firefox 3.5.4 on a Win XP Pro, SP3 machine. After it installed, I clicked on the firefox icon and it struggled with the Firefox is installing your updates and would popup Firfox cannot install the update please check to make sure no other versions of firefox are running (there were no other firefox proceeses running). So then it kept doing that cycle repeatedly on its own every time I would hit the OK and now it is popping up Mozilla crash error reporting whenever I click on the friefox icon. How Can I fix this?
