Does anyone know where Opera 9 or Firefox 3 for that matter draws its library of sites visited from when you begin to key in an address?

I recently upgraded to Opera 9 & FF 3 and when I begin to key-in an address a list of previously visited websites drops down.  I Opera this list contains sites that have not been visited in years.  I clean all temp folders and history and index.dat from the hard drive but both browsers still have a history stored some where.  Does anyone know where and can it be deleted?Start Free Trial
