IE, Fire Fox, and Opera all crash with two minutes

I get the following messages:

Symantec Services Framework has encountered a problem and needs to close

Firefox had a problem and crashed. We will try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts.

In all browers, many times I hint a link but it does to a different site, but when I hit the go back one page icon, it does to the requested site.
