You could use a redirection service such as the AtHome project at http://www.dhs.org to create a hostname that will redirect to the URL where the page is at. With the cloaking option on the real address will be hidden. As the redirection is occuring from another site, this will solve your problems.
BTW...I'm associated with the DHS site and the services there are free. Just declaring my interest up front so there is no conflict of interest allegations.

No, you can't do it. The only way to do it is with a frameset or creating a new browser window without the address bar.
