I found the history .dat File with the command.com in the Userdirectory, but actually you cant bring that easy to a worddocument.
So, i looked if there is a program, which match your needs. I think this should do it. Have a look on the following program:

You can always open a new Word 2000 document, minimize and use the ALT+PrintScreen option together to capture the screen image and then move to the Word Document and issue a paste command. That's a screen capture, so that what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG).
