can't play rm or ram file

hi,
i have problem with my browser.. i can't play any rm or ram file from the net.. i should download first to be able to play it
for example in some pages that have streaming media.. i only get an X mark instead of the realplayer

plz help..
note:this happened when i uninstalled realplayer one and installed real gold!
