I ran IEFIX and when it got to the SFC part, I kept getting a message that I needed to insert my Windows XP PRO CD (which I don't have - I only have Windows XP Home OEM). So I had to skip that. I did change the specified registry entry so IE can be reinstalled, which went OK, but the error still occurred. I have all updates installed for IE from Windows Update. I also tried some of the methods for getting all images to load, but none have worked yet. Anyway, here is my HijackThis Log:
