Using Group Policy to Adjust IE Privacy Settings

Is there a way through group policy editor to adjust the privacy settings in IE? I'm just loading gpedit.msc on my station and I don't see how this can be done. We need users to add a list of IPs to the allow list (in windows 2k & XP sp1 it is for cookie handling, in XP SP2 it's for pop-up blocking). Thanks for any help!!

I'm not sure you can do this with Group Policies; but others may be more knowledgeable in this regard.  Have you explored the IEAK package to customize IE?

In Group Policy Editor, when you modify the Internet Explorer Maintenance policy by selecting Import The Current Connection Settings, Import The Current Security Zones Settings, Import the Current Content Ratings Settings, or Import Current Authenticode Security Information your current settings may seem to have been changed or lost.
