IE Adware problem

Someone else is controlling my IE. Let me explain;

Somewhere on my harddrive and ADware program has control over what and where I go on the internet. Whenever I open and IE widow 2 or 3 open automatically. One goes to my homepage the other 2 to ad sites. This can also happen when noone is using the computer and it is sitting idle. We have Cox cable hook up. No matter where we are on the internet we are getting popups and ads. Not only that, sometimes the things I am trying to do on the internet are stopped or so slow that I can't even work with it. At these times it seems as if the computer is doing stuff on the net while I'm trying to. One more thing, one 2 or 3 occaisions, when I have opened that first window bunches of pages begin opening, up to 60 and if you try to close them they simply reload and the only thing you can do to stop them is shut off the computer.
Now before you tell me to get a popublocker, let me tell you the programs we already have in place and the things I have done to try and stop the problem.

We have the following working:
Spybot Search & Destroy
Microsoft Anti Spywear
Macafee Security Center
Macafee Firewall
Yahoo Popup blocker
Yahoo Anti spy

I am checking the computer several times a day with these. I have also reloaded IE in hope that would fix the problem. There is one program that Spybot has found and cannot erase and that the other program don't seem to find, so this might be the cause of all my trouble. We have a IT guy who can scub this and any other off my computer for a price, but if I ca do it myself I would like to. Any suggestions?
