mubbsher, welcome!

The sites you want to visit may be blocked by a firewall, as you have already mentioned. If so, you will have to clear it up at the firewall level. I don't know if the UAE blocks websites at the country level, which would surprise me.

In any case, you may be able to enable these sites manually withing Internet Explorer, assuming that you are using IE for your web browser. If you are using another browser, the procedure will be similar.

Open up an Internet Explorer window. Then, click on Tools->Internet Options->Security->Restricted Sites->Sites. In the Web Sites window, scroll down to see if the site you want to visit is listed. If so, delete it from the list. Close out Internet Explorer, and try again.

Please post back here with results. If this doesn't work, we'll be able to help you resolve it. Thanks.

If you're living in China or any other coutry, where web sites are censored by the government, try using a proxy outside of your country.
A list of cgi-proxies can be found under http://www.freeproxy.ru/en/free_proxy/cgi-proxy.htm

It appears to me that you've been helped, but have not returned to provide us feedback and closure to this item.  Please do.

If more is needed, let us know.  If the information provided by the Experts who have already responded has been of help to you, also let them know and finalize this question by choosing their answer to grade and close this (or split points if more than one helped you).

I'm happy to assist you further, if needed, but without your feedback, we are all in the dark in terms of your progress; and don't want to clutter this question with more possibilities.

Thanks,
Asta

omalag, OK, we're glad to help. However, you haven't given much information on your problem.

Please describe which websites you cannot access. Also, which country are you in?

More detail will certainly help us answer your question and provide solutions for you. There are many very able experts on this forum, and if I or other experts cannot help you, we can put out a call to someone who can.

We are eagerly awaiting your response. Thanks.

im from yemen,

proxy webistes for examples can't be viewed

omalag, you still didn't give me enough information. But, from what little you did give, it looks like maybe the IP of your host has been banned by Yemen. Perhaps you just need to change your hosting provider, and change to one that has not been banned. Unfortunately, a lot of hosts are considered "spammers", and therefore they get blocked by your country.

Try reading the comments on the following link. Those comments might provide a solution for you.
