In IE, it's there:
Options -> Privacy. Then check "override..." and you can choose the setting for "third-party cookies".

Browse All TopicsI have a question that i couldn't find answer for.
I am running two domains. A and B
What I need is:
Every user that visits domain A should get a cookie set from domain B as domain B should than be able to read that cookie.
So I came up with the following solution.
On the domain A index page i have integrated a 1x1px iframe. the source of this iframe is a php page from domain B which is setting the cookie.
This works fine in Firefox - the cookie is just set ok, but it doesn't work in other browsers, most important (unfortunately) IE.
Is there another solution for my problem?
Thanks for your help.

That will depend on user settings.
If firefox, there is the following option in Privacy -> Cookies: "for the originating website only"
With that option on, i guess your page won't be able to set the domain B cookie.
In IE, there must be some similar setting. SP2 probably disable the cross-domain cookies by default.
The best thing is to test it yourself and see under which conditions your cookie is accepted.
