URL Encoding of Ampersands
Hi,
I have seen two ways of encoding ampersands '&' -- one is with '%26' and the other one is with '&' Can someone please explain to me what is the difference between the two and when would you use one over the other?

The first one is URLEncoded while the second one is HTMLEncoded. So if one wanted to send & in the URL %26 should be used while if one wanted to send it in the HTML, & should be used.
