It may have something to do with the user and not his profile or anything else.<br />
<br />
- If his profile is really giving problem, try giving this user another &quot;logon name/profile&quot; and see if issue persists<br />
- alternatively, u may want to try swap his machine with another user if each of them is using their own systems<br />
- If it's a share pc and it only happens to his profile, give him a new profile name would be what I suggest earlier on.

Once of our staff members needs to access this website regularly:<br />
<a href="https://qivs.quotable.co.nz/logon.asp" rel="ugc">https://qivs.quotable.co.nz/logon.asp</a>. It takes about 30-40 seconds to load under his logon. Under others logins, it loads almost immediately. I refreshed his profile about 2 weeks ago and the website was loading normally, but now it has started to stall again. Any suggestions? This is a &quot;standard&quot; user setup in our organisation, and noone else has this problem. I could refresh his profile again, but this is obviously not a long term solution to the problem!
