Portions of Web Pages not displaying correctly in IE7

I have a client who needs to access MLX (the successor to the MLS system for realtors).  When going to the log on page, the entire page except for the fields and field labels appears blank.  http://actris.mlxchange.com/

I noticed that this problem is also on other web pages including the Houston Chronice:  http://www.chron.com.  In this case the orange banner is almost completely whited-out and the text in the banner area appears 'sketched'

Any suggestions?

I just viewed the source code for the page you are trying to access. The only issues I think you could be having are either relating to "Javascript" or "Popups".

Go to your "Tools" then "Internet Options" and hit the "Security" tab.
Click "Custom Level" and view settings.
Scroll towards the bottom and find "Scripting"

Enable most of these for testing. If your not sure or comfortable set these to "prompt" for action.
That way you will see a warning before IE7 allows the code to run.

I would just reset IE7 to default settings:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737

1.      Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
2.      On the Advanced tab, click Reset.
3.      In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
4.      When Internet Explorer 7 finishes restoring the default settings, click Close, and then click OK two times.
5.      Close Internet Explorer 7. The changes take effect the next time that you open Internet Explorer 7.

I didn't have any luck with either suggestion.  Its strange, but it almost seems like it is some type of display issue.  I downloaded and installed the latest display driver but this didn't seem to remedy it.

Any other suggestions?

Have you tested Firefox or IE6?

Running IE6 with IE7 already installed:

Everyone, thank you for your help.  I tried all the solutions but none of them worked.
Here are some additional clues/remedies attempted:
-Uninstalling IE7 and using IE6
-Using Firefox will display the http://www.chron.com page correctly, but the http://actris.mlxchange.com/ website won't work with with Firefox
-You can access the websites without any problems when logged-in under the Guest account
*OS = WinXP Pro
I would be open to try any other suggestions.

Solution Found!
The problem is that there was an Accesibility option selected (Start > Control Panel > Accessibility Options), Display-tab, Use High-Contrast (selected).  I unselected Use High-Contrast and we websites displayed correctly.
