If AOL browser works, try checking your proxy settings in the other browsers. In IE It's under Tools - Options - Connections - Lan Settings. In Firefox, its Tools - Options - Advanced - Connection.

Hello CareyG,
1. Clear your DNS cache. Go to Start > Run and type CMD
and hit OK.
At the command prompt, type ipconfig /flushDNS
and hit OK.
2. Clear your cache. Go to Tools > Internet Options > General tab. Under Temporary Internet Files, click "Delete Files" button. Also click "Delete Cookies" button. Click OK.
3. Change the Maximum Transmission Unit in the registry
http://www.pctools.com/gui
4. If no joy, check if your PC is blocking the site. Do a search for HOSTS file and open it with an editor like Notepad. Delete any line that has the blocked site in it.
HOSTS file is located in
Windows XP = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVER
Windows 2K = C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\
Win 98/ME = C:\WINDOWS
It is a hidden file. Go to any folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK.
5a. If you are using Internet Explorer, check if the site is restricted or blocked. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security. Hightlight Restricted Sites and see if the blocked site is located there.
5b. Also under Content tab > Content Advisor, check if the site is restricted there. Remove it.
5c. Also, under Security tab, add the website to your trusted zone.
6. Check if antispyware, antivirus, or firewall is blocking the website.
Hope this helps!

Thanks alot guys, Apperciate your help.
My service provider is Optimum Online. This problem occured after a suspected virus infected my computer and everything just stopped working, now everything is working correctly except my browsers.
I think its more of a problem related to something on my computer because, If I reformatted my computer it would probably work again guranteed since this didnt happen randomly but happend when my computer stopped acting right. Everyone else on my network can access the internet perfectly. I do not believe this has anything to do with my router, but thanks for suggesting it.
The browser worked fine in AOL 9.1 which has the browser but, I also installed it as a seperate program to see if it would work as a stand alone browser which it did and it is making it alot easier to respond to you guys now. This is a screenshot of it working fine compared to my other browsers.. I will also upload it as a attachment.

All I can assume is that this virus or whatever messed around with my Internet Explorer and Firefox because they were the only ones installed, but I resintalled both and there still not working. I'm not sure what to do, I want to narrow this down and fix this. Thanks for all your help.
You mentioned you setup a firewall and a virus scan application, have you checked for adware? I would recommend http://www.stopzilla.com/p
Let me also recommend Fiddler2 application that works like a proxy that lets you see the traffic in and out of your browsers - http://www.fiddler2.com/fi

CareyG,
What version of Zone Alarm are you running? Sounds and looks like it is blocking you. To reset the entire ZA database, which is what I would suggest, follow these instructions.
If you want to do a complete Database reset, here's how you do it.
1) Reboot into Safe Mode (tap F8 during bootup and choose "safe mode" from the menu)
2) Find the folder C:\windows\internet logs
3) Delete 2 files (these will be rebuilt at next bootup) iamdb.rdb and backup.rdb
4) Empty the Recycle Bin (important)
5) Reboot normally
This method also empties out the program list and component list, and in addition to re-configuring your program permissions, you will need to look through all of the screens/tabs of your ZA Control Panel to be sure all ZA settings are like you want them similar to a fresh install. ZA will identify your network as "new" and ask you what firewall zone you want it in.
Next,
1. Go to Run type in command, hit OK, and type ipconfig /all then press enter. In the returned data list will be a line DNS and DHCP Servers with the IP address(s) listed out to the side
2. In ZA on your machine on the Firewall>Zones tab click Add and then select IP Address. Make sure the Zone is set to Trusted
3. Click OK and then Apply for each one.
4. The localhost or loopback must be listed as Trusted. It has the address of 127.0.0.1
5 The Generic Host Process or the svchost.exe listed in the Program list must have both Trusted and Internet access and it must have server rights for the Trusted Zone, but not the Internet Zone.
I would also suggest making sure you have good backups of any important data, because if you find yourself infected again in a very short time, then you were not able to clean out this machine as thoroughly as you thought and a Reformat will be necessary.
Hope this helps.
CareyG,
Glad it's working for you now.
Yes, a clean install (as opposed to an in-place upgrade) of ZA does in fact give you a fresh database. Now it is up to you to have ZA ask you if you want to allow access to programs. And it is up to you to respond correctly. Good luck and come on back if you need more help.

I find this to be a problem of the web pages not loading versus a problem of it not connection seeing as I can ping the websites in the "CMD"

I seem to be able to access the www.gamecopyworld.com but it comes out distorted.
I have uploaded the file of how the webpage shows below but if there is any problems I also uploaded it to a external hosting site
Note- It does not load at all in Firefox
