The Solution Rating System

ie7 sp3 iedkcs32 2 minute logon delay problem

ok in the past i had a 2min logon delay and i fixed it with the following microsoft kb-941158
yes it says 20sec but i have a 2min effect.
now sp3 has gone on im back to 2 min delays and this is because sp3 has put back a file to a older version
c:\windows\system32\iedkcs32.dll version 17.0.6000.16640
now the update 941158 puts on version 17.0.6000.20668 and corrects the problem.
so i rang up microsoft and they said "oh but 94118 is included in sp3"
now in order to investigate the problem i would have to pull out be credit card (lol er no)
well anyway they are right 941158 does come with sp3
but i also noticed that kb947864 also comes with sp3
kb947864 updates iedkcs32.dll to version 17.0.6000.16640
so is sp3 installing 941158 and then 947864 which is overwriting the more up to date file?
can anyone look at their sp3 machines and comfirm that they have 17.0.6000.20668 because 400 of my machines are still on 17.0.6000.16640
i cannot reinstall the kb because sp3 is newer than the fixStart Free Trial
