Web Browser Hijacked, part 2

Last night I posted a question regarding my hijacked web browser. Here it is

Whenever I open my intenet explorer web browser it defaults to a site called "fuzzypc.com". I can't get rid of it. I had a computer technician come look at the PC and he claimed to have gotten rid of all the spyware and viruses but the darned browser keeps defaulting back to this site. What is interesting is that it is only in my profile. There are two other profiles on the computer and they aren't "infected".

You guys recommended I run Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2 and the first thing it found seemed to be the problem so I deleted it. The browser ran great after that. this morning I booted up the PC and it is defaulting back to the "fuzzypc" website again, so there must be something else going one. I have attached the Logfile from HijackThis v2.0.2. What do I delete to permanently fix the problem or is it deeper? thanks
