Cannot find HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ Control Pane  entry in registry

Hi Guys,

I have a bit of situation. I am trying to enable security tab in Internet explorer version 7 throught regedit.(its disabled under group policy). But i cant seem to find the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel entry in the registry for some reason.
I tried the same thing on my home computer but cant find at home also. I am tryin to follow as per below link
http://www.pctools.com/guides/registry/detail/797/


When i go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\    
there is no further entry for internet explorer or control panel.
