servicedeskvic--You would have to create those key values yourself.
Backup the Registry before you make changes.
You right click on the last folder you do have (Microsoft) in the left panel of the tree involved and choose New. You then create a key for Internet Explorer. Repeating the procedure, you right click on Internet Explorer, etc. to create the Control Panel folder. Then with the Control Panel folder open in the left panel, you right click in the right panel, choose New and create the key and value shown.
However, if you are not comfortable working in the Registry maybe try this workaround. Freom kellys-Korner
"In Internet Explorer, the traditional way to adjust your browser's security settings is to click on Tools / Internet Options / Security -- but there's a faster way: look for a green globe at the bottom right-hand corner of your browser. Double-click on it, and now you can change your security settings on the fly! "
