Security like blocking site and downloads. Also, restricting users. I read that if I configure a ISA server or squid (I am not sure a squid.Also, I using a virtual linux/squid on a windows machine (server)).

It has come to my knowledge that with internet explorer I am fine using isa server 2006 also I am testing to use vmware linux/squid webmin in a windows environment but, I heard firefox and opera and other browsers can not work with these securities.
