View Won't Open in Firefox or Explorer

One program we use on a computer is called Intellibrowser which allows us to view x-rays from a local hospital's database. The weird thing is we can view x-rays on one computer but not on another one. I have tried using Firefox and Explorer and tweaked both of their settings, updated Java, allowed cookies, even lowered security settings to their lowest settings.

Any ideas? We don't get any error messages, just nothing happens.Start Free Trial
