Nah, because then I'd be able to just go in and enable/disable them at will. I'm looking for something that once I click 'Block' it would be blocked for a solid 2 hours, or whatever amount of time.

My name is Chris, and I have a problem. I'm an email and facebook addict. Now that admission is out of the way...
Is there any program or script I can install which would allow me to temporarily (and irreversibly) block websites such as gmail, facebook, and msnbc? If you are familiar with the gmail 'Take a Break' feature, I am looking for something like this. Ideally I would be able to control the domains which are blocked and add/remove them at will.
Thanks for your help,
Chris
