Thanks for the reply...are you referring to the Windows firewall? I forgot to add she is using Vista. So it is the firewall or the settings in her firewall that is causing the stack overflow...I haven't seen one of these errors on a normal enduser's computer for over 10 years I'll bet.
We'll give this a try and see what happens...I'll let you know as soon as I do.

"stack overflow at line:" is not caused by java, Microsoft or any other manageable add-ons but caused by blocked "web bugs" which are not necessarily bad objects/cookies. "Web bugs are third party cookies"
Shutting down the firewall will take care of the error.
The solution is to manage your allowed list in firewall settings
Once done run the cclean again. This will help. IE7 has a memory leak issue which has not been taken care of yet, which is prime reason for the same. The functions keeps of using recursion for the error message.
Warning.. Not all sites should be allowed the access I gave to the yahoo.ca and this site.
