What settings EXACTLY are you referring to?

The settings I am referring too are:

1. Turn off Pop Up blocker
2. Add Site to Secure Sites
3. Allow Active X install by Eliminating the IE Prompt bar that reads " Click here to  
   install....    then you select from a pull down menu Allways Allow.... Allow this time only...
   etc.

What I am trying to resolve is an allow msxml4 download/install when connecting to a website without end user intervention.

My apologies for late reply. I found the corresponding Reg Keys that I needed.  We can abandon this question. I apprecitate your follow up.
