I tried the Advanced...and hit the "Reset" button. Close out of IE and tried printing from my outlook client, however the 1st page still was printing just the left half of the page.

Outlook 2003 Half Page Printing
Microsoft Outlook 2003 will only print left half of an html Email. Outlook 2003, IE8 and XP SP3. The email is cut right down the middle of the output.

If you upgraded from IE7 to IE, trying going in IE: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced...and hit the "Reset" button. Close out of IE and try printing your mail again.
