getting rid of 'set up windows internet explorer 8' window

Hi
I am installing ie 8 on school computers, Problem is when i open ie8 as teacher or student i get 'set up windows internet explorer 8' window and have to click on next or ask me letter. I know If i copy my profile to default profile, I would be abe to get rid of it. but my boss dont want me to do this. Is there any setting in i.e 8 or registry to get rid of this window as it come up for every user first time they logon. I have attached screen shot

I found one possible solution using following link

I followed the instructions on client machine, but expert have mentioned I can do it on server as well. we have server 2003 but cannot find the setting, can anyone help me with this please

Have you tried using the GP?

Find "Administrative Templates", drill to "Windows Components", "Internet Explorer"
Double click on Internet Explorer to get a long list and locate "Prevent Performance of First Run Customize Settings"
Right click, select properties, and set to "Disable"
Click on Apply, OK, and exit Group Policy Editor

I could not find mentions policy in domain group policy so have decided to make changes on client machine as i will be using AIP to install the ie8, I would not have to go to every machine.
