I mean.. what kind of webpages made IE8 crash.
It's mostly News Pages with Flash, but I don't seems to be able to find how to disable Flash. Or maybe it's not Flash.
After installing and using Internet Explorer 8 for the past few months, it has randomly crash websites, particularly News website such as New York Times, etc.
The error message is "This tab has been recovered.", and it attempts to open the same webpage again.
I have disabled ALL Add-Ons, and Accelerators.
What can be the problem?

sometimes some scripts have some errors which can make IE crash, news websites have lots of scripting which may be causing the IE crash.
you can also check if one of your toolbars(MSN toolbar) or any other addons crashing the IE.

Under my Managed Add-On, I see a list of "Run Without Permission"...
How can I run IE with everything disabled without clicking on each?
I asked because most of the pages that crash are big corporation website such as news websites (perhaps those have lots of scripts and flash running). Shouldn't they test better?
Hi,
If youve run into a problem with an IE addon, and want to be able to use Internet Explorer as usual, you can disable the addons and run Internet Explorer without any addons.
Heres how you can disable all addons/extensions and run IE 7 or even IE 8 without them:
* Go to Start > Run
* Type iexplore -extoff
* Press Enter

Hi,
It may be trying to recover the last page which was opened when your browser crashed with error, you can clear history and delete all temp files then try again, if it does not solve your problem i will suggest you to re-install IE8
hope this will help you
