Hi again,
Thanks for your responses, however, late yesterday afternoon, I finally resolved this issue. I have only been working on this account for a couple of months now, and I had never had anything to do with this web app. before, but yesterday afternoon, I found some documentation on one of our servers relating to this web app. After reading the docs, I installed another piece of software that works with this web app, and CITRIX to communicate to a server overseas. After installing this extra bit of software, the client can now connect to this web app. and use it properly.
Thanks very much for your assistance with this matter, I will award you the points anyway, since you have been so helpful in attempting to help resolve this issue for me.
Thanks & kind regards,
Andrew Magill
