Setting up FTP for multiple websites on Windows server 2008

Hi
I have set up 3 different websites on my Windows server 2008 standard edition using IIS. They are all working fine, i have set up the name servers so if any of the website domains are entered into a browser the home page for the respectibve sites appear. The problem i am having is understanding how to set up ftp publishing for the 3 different sites. Can anyone talk me through the procedure as i have only achieved ftp connection on one of the 3 sites.
