Internet Explorer Blank Page

We have a problem with Internet Explorer printing blank pages and providing blank print preview pages on the remote desktop services server.  I've applied several fixes that I believed to work.  However after the problem kept returning I found what was really "fixing" it was the fact I was restarting my Internet Explorer browser.

This is on a Server 2008 R2 SP1 server with IE9.  I've attempted to "Use the software rendering instead of GPU rendering" option in Internet Options and have done the steps on this page http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973479.  The bottom of the page also displays this:  file:///C:/Users/%username%/AppData/Local/Temp/10/Low/<random>.htm.  When this happens it is to all printers (Xerox, Oki, & HP).  The temporary work around I gave them is to close out of Internet Explorer and go back to that page and print but that will get old fast.

I've disabled protected mode through group policy on all terminal servers.  I'll check with the users and see if this resolves.  Thanks for the input,
