Unable to locate the LMS’s API implementation. LMS Get Value was not successful.
Unable to find an API adapter
i get these errors when trying to view my study courses via Iexplorer or firefox.
what causes this and how do one resolve it.

Firefox: 9

Flash player: 10 plugin

i there possible way you guys can see if someone have hacked our account.
