I had been updated to beta ver 35. I uninstalled and installed 34 instead (cause beta was not working). Now when I got to webpages (such as twitter) I am getting a message This Connection is Untrusted and and does not let me in. Why is this happening, how to fix this?
ASKER
I did reset and it didn't solve the problem.
Can you post a Print screen of the error?
ASKER
1) Go to settings > additional > network > Encrypted connections scanning > after uncheck Scan encrypted connections .
2) Do you use Kapersky AV ?
3) Date & time correct?
4) Also have a look:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/connection-untrusted-error-message
Will this help?

What does it say when you click Technical Details?

Gary, this is what it says when I click technical details:
twitter.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided.
(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

hopeleonie,
I don't know where exactly to fine Settings. Do you mean in Firefox? I don't see Seetings.

Gary,
That (deleting cert8.db and restarting) didn't solve anything.
