Printing a Single Label via PHP for Mac OS X and Safari

I have a web application I have developed and I desperately need to print out Single Labels.

Here are my requirements.
1) Mac OS X
2) Safari
3) Dymo LabelWriter 400
4) Print a single label

I have tried the SDK but it doesn't do what I need.
I really need to get this sucker printing.
