Configuring Autoreply with Echange 2003

How do i Properly setup an Autoreply to an Exchange 2003 Mailbox.
I have Created an out of office reply, but, what i want is a generic, you have replied to a non monitored email box, blah,blah, blah. without the title of out of office.

We usualy leave each user to create it's own message based on a template we have. It can be done by OWA -> options for each user. He can leave the default text and activate/deactivate when he whishes.

From the server or Client?
Client:
You have 2 options here...
1)  Make a new rule that will allow you to auto reply to messages but you will need to make a template for this to work properly (the mail.oft is the default template for this)
2)  Buy a 3rd party piece of software....here is a link of one that will do what you are asking for.

Server:
You need to enable the option using the server manager to get this feature to run properly.

I just turned auto replies on in Exchange, but still ma unclear as to how I create the template to automatically send the reply when any user sends a certain account an email. If I try to setup a rule, I don't see an option where it will do something on receiving any email message.
