Duplicate emails

Multiple users are recieving duplicate email on their blackberry.  outlook only diplays one message.  what could be causing this?

Hi

this is because of connection break, when blackberry is downloading the message some time it has downloaded one message and then connection breaks...

after some time when connection is restored then it will download the same message again.

If in first attempt all messages are downloaded and connection is successfully closed after it then this issue will not happen.

Either rules or filters are forwarding duplicate messages to multiple folders or multiple instances of the BlackBerry Desktop Redirector are running for the same mailbox, or the desktop redirector and BlackBerry Enterprise Server are enabled for the same mailbox.

You need to check is the account via the Blackberry Internet Service website. Confirm that only one account has been configured for the device. Also how are they getting emails to the Blackberry? Is the BIS client getting the emails via POP3 or are you forwarding the emails to the Blackberry email address?

Is that person have got more then one mail accounts set up on his backberry? I mean any external account additionally...
