Convert all email in to EMl format

We are planning to archive our exchange 2007 server all mail boxes. The verndor is telling me to convert all mailbox email in to EML format and send it to them my exchange mail box storage size is  300 GB

Please help me how to convert all mailbx all email in to EML format

U cannot do anything with the existing mailbox store.
However,u can follow these links and journal all the messages that would be sent hence forth
