How do I delete spam messages that are outbound in my queue?

I notice that there are som spam messages in my queue that have no sending address and some that do have a sending address but subject is spam.  They dont leave the queue and are supposed to be going outbound.  What do i do with them besides delete them?  ThanksStart Free Trial
