recover deleteted messages from exchange 2003

Hi experts
This morning I deleted a few messages from the "messages pending submission" queue on my exchange server. I deleted them and sent NDR. However one of my users need to know what was deleted , they just need the sender/recipient address , can I access this info from the Server I dont need to recover the messages just the info.
