Dynamics GP : Cannot Access this form because the dictionary containing it is not loaded
I received this message from Great Plains when I clicked on “Vendor” under the Cards section (top right). Do you know what dictionary this message is referring ? How can we resolve this issue?
This message means that you are pointing to a modified or 3rd party version of the Vendor Maintenance window (GP calls this a form) which does not exist in the forms dictionary your GP installation is pointing to. If you need further help, please reply with what version of GP you are using, as this varies greatly depending on version.

10.00.1368 that we are using now, if i copy dymamics.set from server and paste to client? will resolved it ?
