Outlook sync issues

I have a user here getting the following sync srror about every 30min:
I have checked the connection and all hardware and he is the olny one.

2:19:12 Synchronizer Version 14.0.7108
2:19:12 Synchronizing Mailbox 'username'
2:19:12 Synchronizing Hierarchy
2:19:12 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Calendar'
2:19:12 Downloading from server 'exchange server'
2:19:13 Terminated in error
2:19:13              [80040600-501-80040600-560]
2:19:13              The client operation failed.
2:19:13              Microsoft Exchange Information Store

We were not able to change the cache mode but we were able to delete the ost file and have it recreated.  This worked fine.
