Wanting more than 3 conditions for conditional formatting

Does anyone have a formula for changing the colour of text in particular cells (based on the text in a specific cell)?

I am aware of the conditional formatting function but I have 6 scenarios and this only caters for 3.

Specifically, I want to change the colour of all the cells in a particular row based on the text in one of the cells in that row.
