Looking for BWCCENA.DLL

I recently downloaded a program which requires the DLL BWCCENA.DLL For somereason it wasn't included. Not sure who developed it or what it does. I have done a GOOGLE search for it but found nothing. If you have it or know where I can locate it please let me know.

The file apparently is a "Borland Windows Container Class DLL" which some c++ applications need.

I can't find where you can get it, but wondering what the program is that you downloaded?  Perhaps there's a newer version out there that doesn't use this .dll.

Thanks. It was a freeware wedding planning program. My brother is getting married soon so I said I would try and fins something for them. the program is 'Brides Mate' . I visited the web site (http://www.bridesmate.com/s_down.asp) and there were no later versions. I also emailed them to inform them of the missing file - no response yet.
Also I managed to track down an old verion of Borland Turbo C++ for Windows (V3.00) that I had - the offending DLL wasnt on there either... running out of ideas here. I might need to find a different app....

That must be a bug with Bridesmate. I downlowded the program, and tried it to  on a Winxp and on a Millenium platform. In Winxp, oops "error Looking for BWCCENA.DLL", in windows Millenium no such message, but the program WORKS on both Systems.. ( i mean i didn't really deep checked it, i just tried the basic operations, i am not really on wedding planning yet....)

I am working with AutoSketch ver 2. I need to add a dll file to speed up the opening of the sketch program. It is  BWCCENA.DLL.  Is there such a file and can I obtain it ?
