Gosh, I've never had to go the OTHER way. I do have the nifty Solid to Process swatch guide, so a low-tech solution would be to give me the CMYK values and I can find the closest match for you. Of course, you probably have an RGB file, so I would actually suggest phoning the company and asking THEM for their pantone colours.
